Lodema Mary (Heckler) Hull, age 93, of Brevillier Village, passed away on July 27, 2011, at Ball Pavilion. Complete arrangements by the Burton Wintergreen Funeral Home, 2532 Norcross Road, Erie will appear in the Sunday edition of the Erie Times. Lodema Mary (Heckler) Hull, age 93, of Brevillier Village, passed away on July 27, 2011, at Ball Pavilion. She was born September 7, 1917 in Brady's Bend, Armstrong County daughter of the late Carl W. and Margaret (Humphrey) Heckler. Lodema was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of East Brady, Clarion County, for over 50 years, and a 1935 graduate of East Brady High School. Lodema enjoyed gardening, reading, traveling, and visiting with family. Lodema moved to Erie in 2004. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ of Erie and a resident of Brevillier Village for over six years. Lodema was preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Hull in 1994 and two sisters, Laura Elizabeth (Jack) in 1999 and Dorothy (Heffelfinger) in 2003. She is survived by her sister, Bertha (Hemphill) of Butler, her son, the Rev. Carl R. Hull (Kathy) of Erie, three grandsons, Matthew C. Hull, of Erie, David R. Hull (April) of Franklin, and Jonathan H. Hull, of Summerton, South Carolina; four great-grandchildren, Logan Matthew Hull, Owen Jeffrey Hull, Gavin Michael Hull, of Mansfield, Ohio and Paisely Mae Hull, of Franklin and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Burton Wintergreen Funeral Home, 2532 Norcross Road, Erie on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited to attend services there Tuesday at 10 a.m. conducted by the Rev. Dr. David S. Oyler, III, General Presbyter of Lake Erie Presbytery. Interment will be at the Butler County Mausoleum, Memorial contribution may be made to St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 1024 Peach Street Erie, PA 16501 or to the First Presbyterian Church of East Brady 102 4th Street East Brady, PA 16028.
